Detailed menu of the Japanese diet for 14 days

For a two-week diet, we need:

  • good coffee (we will drink it a lot and often, so it better be just very good and high quality coffee beans);
  • Beef;
  • chicken eggs;
  • tomato juice or some fresh tomatoes;
  • White cabbage;
  • vegetable oil (better if you use olive or linseed oil);
  • any (your favorite) fruit;
  • sea fish (trout, salmon, halibut, coho salmon);
  • carrot;
  • crackers, bread (rye);
  • kefir (it is better not to choose low-fat kefir).

Day number 1

  • In the morning we drink freshly brewed coffee (no sweets). Before coffee, drink a glass of warm water to prepare your stomach for breakfast.

  • For lunch we prepare a light coleslaw with butter. Such a salad will help cleanse the body (pure fiber), and olive oil will allow the skin to remain young and beautiful (this is especially important during a diet). For lunch we drink a glass of tomato juice or eat a tomato.
  • Dinner will be modest but satisfying. Take any fish, boil it or bake it in the oven without salt.

Day number 2

  • At breakfast we still drink coffee without milk and allow ourselves to eat it with a slice of bread (rye). Also, don't forget a glass of hot water before breakfast.
  • For lunch we repeat the menu of our dinner yesterday, baked or boiled fish without salt.
  • In the evening we cook beef. It is advisable to boil the meat or stew it without salt. We water our dinner with kefir.

Day number 3

  • A traditional morning is accompanied by a sugar-free coffee with a biscuit or crouton. Remember that a crouton and cookies are exactly one piece, not a whole kilogram!
  • At lunchtime we cook a delicious and unusually healthy courgette. It can be fried (sliced or halved) in a little oil or in foil.
  • vegetable marrow for the Japanese diet
  • Today we are waiting for you for a truly royal dinner! Hard-boiled eggs (2 pcs. ). We also cook beef and eat it all with coleslaw.

Day number 4

  • After yesterday's party, in the morning we just have a hard coffee. No biscuits and rusks.
  • Lunch also seems a bit sparse: one hard-boiled egg, 3 carrots with butter. The only joy of lunch is the cheese! But only 200 grams.
  • But for dinner, true happiness awaits us: fruit! True, your table on this day can only be decorated with 200 grams of apples, oranges or pears.

Day number 5

  • If you're insanely bored with coffee for breakfast, today is your day! We have breakfast with grated raw carrots seasoned with lemon juice (you can just squeeze the juice of half a lemon).
  • For lunch we already have the usual boiled or baked sea fish (about 400 grams) and a glass of tomato juice, which can also be replaced with fresh tomatoes.
  • If you have any fruit left over from yesterday, that's great! Today we meet dinner with different fruits again.

How easy is it to transfer the Japanese diet?

  1. It is important to regulate yourself psychologically correctly. Try to reach an agreement with yourself: before starting a diet, do not suggest to yourself that you will now have to live in a regime of severe restrictions. Our body reacts to such attitudes unequivocally - it absolutely does not want to say goodbye to being overweight. Imagine playing a fun game.
  2. Enjoy the new experience. And you will surely receive harmony and well-being as a reward.

  3. Don't forget to drink plenty of clean, natural water, not only during your diet, but afterwards as well. First, the water creates a feeling of fullness. Secondly, it is simply necessary for normal metabolism, for the removal of toxins and toxins from the body. And thirdly, during food restrictions, water saves our skin from dehydration.
  4. Avoid salt, sweets, and alcohol altogether when dieting.
  5. Try to get in and out of the Japanese diet smoothly. Likewise, after a diet, do not pounce on your favorite sweets, fried chicken legs, dumplings and other foods that are harmful to your figure. Remember that harmony and moderation in food are necessary for the harmony of the body.
  6. 2-3 weeks before the diet, gradually give up high-calorie foods, reduce the amount of food consumed.

  7. Look at all items on the Japanese diet menu. A single product taken at the wrong time can completely wipe out your efforts. Therefore, if you decide to go on a diet, then follow it according to all the rules.
